How You'll Actually Learn This

Most finance courses throw theory at you. We start with problems you'll recognize from running a business, then show you the tools that solve them.

1

Foundation Phase

Start with cash cycle basics. We map where money moves in typical Vietnamese businesses, from inventory purchase to collection.

2

Analysis Practice

You'll work through twelve real company scenarios. Some are healthy, others show warning signs. Learning to spot the difference is the whole point.

3

Applied Strategy

Once you can read the numbers, we focus on decisions. How do you improve working capital without disrupting operations? That's where experience matters.

Questions People Actually Ask

Before Starting

Do I need an accounting background?

Not necessarily. If you understand basic profit and loss statements, that's enough. We build from there with clear explanations.

When does the next program begin?

We run cohorts quarterly. The next session starts October 2025, with enrollment opening in August.

During The Program

How much time do I need weekly?

About six hours. Two evening sessions plus homework assignments. Most participants fit this around full-time work schedules.

What if I fall behind on assignments?

Happens to everyone at some point. We record sessions and provide catch-up support. But you'll get more from staying current with your cohort.

After Completion

Will this certificate help my career?

The certificate shows you completed coursework. What helps careers is applying what you learned to solve actual problems at work.

Can I access materials after finishing?

You keep access to all course materials and case studies. We also update content annually, and graduates can review new versions.

Why This Program Exists

Too many businesses fail because owners misread their cash position. They think revenue growth means financial health. Sometimes it does. Often it doesn't.

01

Real Case Studies

Every scenario comes from actual companies we've worked with. Names changed, but the financial situations are genuine. You learn from real mistakes and real solutions.

02

Vietnamese Context

Payment cycles, supplier relationships, banking practices — these differ across markets. Our examples reflect how business actually works here.

03

Practical Application

Theory matters, but we spend most time on interpretation and decision-making. What do these numbers tell you? What should you do about it? Those are harder questions.

Meet Your Lead Instructor

Thao Nguyen, Program Director

I spent eight years doing financial turnarounds for manufacturing companies before teaching became my focus. Most businesses I worked with had decent products and solid teams. What nearly killed them was poor working capital management.

That pattern repeated itself so often I started documenting cases. Eventually those became teaching materials. Now we train finance professionals and business owners to spot problems earlier and respond more effectively.

"The best financial analysts aren't necessarily the ones who know the most formulas. They're the ones who can explain what the numbers mean in plain language and recommend actions that make sense."
